Delivery

The estimated delivery time for orders will be approximately 7-10 business days from the time of order, however, this will vary by product. Custom Design orders may take approximately 5-7 weeks from the time of order.  

Delivery Instructions
All packages are sent signature required. If you are not home when the package arrives, you will be able to pick it up from the nearest UPS routing station. If you know you will not be home to sign, we recommend having the package sent to a friend's house, your work, or a participating UPS store. In very rare cases customers will be allowed to sign for the package through their UPS MyChoice account but we do not recommend this, and the customer takes full responsibility for any loss.
